    View Workspace Member List

    This section explains how to view the workspace member list.

    Prerequisites

    You should join a workspace and have the Member Viewing permission within the workspace. For more information, refer to "Workspace Members" and "Workspace Roles".

    Steps

    1. Log in to the KubeSphere web console with a user who has the Member Viewing permission, and access your workspace.

    2. Click Workspace Settings > Workspace Members in the left navigation pane.

      • The workspace member list provides the following information:

        Parameter Description

        Username

        The username of the workspace member.

        Status

        The current status of the workspace member.

        • Active: The user’s current status is normal.

        • Waiting: The system is creating the user.

        • Disabled: The user is disabled by the platform administrator and cannot log in to the KubeSphere web console.

        • Restricted: The user has failed to log in 10 times in 10 minutes and is blocked from logging in to the KubeSphere web console for 10 minutes.

        Role

        The role of the workspace member within the workspace.

        Last Login

        The time when the workspace member last logged into the KubeSphere web console.

      • Click the search box at the top of the list to search for workspace members by name.

      • Click refresh in the upper right corner of the list to refresh the list information.

      • Click cogwheel in the upper right corner of the list to customize the information displayed in the list.
